Coast Capri Hotel Kelowna, Kelowna

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were way better in person than in the pictures, and the large balcony was a nice touch. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small, but overall, a great experience with friendly staff and a convenient location.

The hotel has tons of space in the rooms with a separate balcony, a convenient mini-fridge, and a comfortable setting with all required amenities. The pool and the view from our room were fantastic; however, it could get noisy at times. The staff was nice and accommodating, but the check-in counter needs better management. The location was perfect for our weekend needs but lacks security at night. The dining experience was above average with a generous but bland menu. The facilities were modern and convenient but could use some improvement.

The hotel offers a wonderful room upgrade experience with excellent appointments and proximity to the restaurant. The location is perfect for accessing amenities, albeit a bit noisy at times. The dining options are varied and fabulous. A top value for money choice.

The hotel had rooms that were slightly small for 2 people, with only one small chair and an entrance that was smaller than expected for the price. The service was incredibly friendly at the front check-in counter, but there were occasional disruptions in the morning. The location, while not the most scenic, was very convenient for us as travelers. The dining experience was basic but sufficient, with room for improvement. Overall, the facilities met our needs with standard amenities.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and I enjoyed the view of the pool/patio. The hotel could use some updating but overall was a decent choice for my stay.
